  20. Get Chicken tikka( for first marination)
  21. Take 400 gm chicken
  22. Make ready to taste Salt
  23. Take 2 tsp lemon juice
  24. Get 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  25. Get For second marination
  26. Prepare 3 tsp mustard oil
  27. Prepare 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  28. Get 1 cup hung curd
  29. Take 1 tsp lemon juice
  30. Take to taste Salt
Steps to make Butter Chicken:
  1. In a pan add things under curry list.Cook by covering the lid until tomatoes are cooked well.
  2. Before cooking marinate the chicken pieces with ingredients under first marination.
  3. Combine mustard oil and chilli powder which gives the chicken the natural colour with adding any extra colour.Squeeze chicken pieces from above marination and put in second marination adding curd,lemon juice and salt.
  4. Fry the chicken pieces in a pan by adding oil.Add chicken pieces at high flame so that it does not release water from it.When one side is cooked flip and cook other side.
  5. Grind the tomatoes to fine paste.Take the same pan add 3 tsp butter. To this add ginger garlic paste, Green chilli chopped. When they are light brown in colour add puree.cook them.Add kastori methi and sugar.Check salt.
  6. Then add our chicken tikka.Cook again for few minutes and serve with chapati, naan or rice.
