  2. in a large pot add ground beef, french onion soup, celery, onion, bell pepper garlic and black pepper. cook everything and leave to simmer for five mins.
  3. tranfer everthing from the pot to a large crockpot and add ; everthing else and let the crockpot set and simmer for about 3 hours.
