  1. Get 10 pound goose
  2. Prepare As needed salt
  3. Take 2 medium granny Smith apples
  4. Make ready 24 ounces small Yukon gold potatoes

Steps to make Goose:
  1. Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit. Open and rinse the goose. Pat dry. Trim the fat and excessive amounts of skin. Add a rack into bottom of the roaster. Take a fork and poke holes into the skin of the goose but don't hit the meat.
  2. Wash and peel the apples and dice them. Wash and slice the orange.
  3. Salt the inside and outside of the duck. Stuff the cavity with the orange and apples. Add potatoes around the goose. Roast in oven for 2 hours and forty five minutes. After 1 hour add broth. Cover and allow to rest 15 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
