In a big mixing bowl take lukewarm water add sugar and yeast to it add 2tbsp flour in it and keep it covered for 15min.
In a big mixing bowl take both flour make a dent in centre add salt to it.
Now add activated yeast and knead it properly for 10mins.
Now add oil to it and knead it again for 10mins.
Keep it aside for another 20mins.
Prepare potato filling it a wock add oil and let it come to heat add cumin seed and sauf to it.and saute it
Add turmeric powder and mashed potatoes and fresh bean to it add red chilli powder,salt garam masala and mix well.
After 20mins punch the dough
Now divide the dough in add puriess in seprate parts of dough And let one oart be white as it is.
Now role the white dough in log sheet arrange the diffrent dough strips as shown in image.
Now spread the potato filling on white portion.
Now pack the wihte portion with coloured portion.from one edge to another.
Give it a milk wash.
Bake it for 40-45 mins on 380degree.
Take it out brush butter over it.
Cut it and enjoy hot
