  7. Now, put a dab of olive oil on the skillet and place the whole wrap on the skillet with the flaps DOWN. Try and keep all of the flaps tight and crimped. The burner should still be at medium heat. Set the timer for 3 minutes.
  8. At 3 minutes, flip the wrap over for another 3 minutes. Then take it off and enjoy!
