  2. Make ready 1 head fresh broccoli cut into bite size pieces

  5. Take 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  6. Get 2 Tbsp white sugar (omit, if desired - I find it too sweet)

Instructions to make Broccoli Salad:
  1. Cook bacon, drain, crumble and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the broccoli, onion and raisins.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss until well mixed. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Before serving, toss with crumbled bacon and sunflower seeds.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
