1. Grind all whole garam masala into fine powder.
2. Blend raw tomatoes ito a fine paste.
3. Remove chicken from marination.
4. In pot take oil and butter together then add chicken (marinated chicken to masala kay bagair add krein first) and cook until water evaporates on high flame.
5. Now add marinated masala and tomato paste adjust spices at this stage.
6. Cook until chicken done and water evaporates. before serving add cream and lemon juice.
7. Cook on low falme for 5 to 10 mins add water for gravy.
8. Gravy should be of thick consistency.sprinkle hara dhania and serve with steam rice or naan
