  1. Marinate boneless chicken breast with vinegar, salt, meat tenderizer and ginger garlic paste
  2. In a blender make a paste of green chilles,coriander seeds, coriander leaves,and cheese
  3. Add this cheese and chilli paste in a bowl, to this add yoghurt, cream, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, garam masala powder, elaichi powder, white pepper powder, corn flour, maida, and some oil. Make a smooth paste
  4. To this paste add marinated chicken and coat well. Let this marinate for 4 hours.
  5. Skew the marinated chicken on the skewers and grill them for 15 mins each side
  6. Or you can just roast them on pan until cooked.
  7. Sprinkle some chaat masala over the kababs and squeeze some lemon juice over it and enjoy
