Slice the bread into individual pieces and spoon the mixture on top. The true flavor of the bruschetta is on the "sauce" that forms from the tomatoes'juices, olive oil, and seasonings marinating together.

Instructions to make Bruschetta:
  1. Arrange pre-cut slices of baguette on a large cookie sheet and drizzle olive oil on each piece. Season lightly with Parmesan Bread Dipping Seasoning. Broil in oven until lightly toasted.
  2. Put olives and Roasted Bell peppers in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Refrigerate until ready to plate.
  3. Remove baguette slices from oven. Cut mozzarella into thin small slices and put on each slice of the baguette. Reserve some large slices for plating.
  4. Put baguette slices back into oven and broil until cheese melts and remove.
  5. Last add Bruschetta mix to each slice. Plate with the remaining mozzarella slices and add marinated olives and roasted bell pepper and garnish chopped basil!!

To keep the bread from getting soggy, make sure it is well toasted, and use a slotted spoon to serve, if desired. At our house, we fight for those last juices–to sop them up with a crusty baguette is Heaven! In a large bowl, combine oil, basil, garlic, salt and pepper.
