  4. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and spoon enchilada sauce evenly on bottom.
  5. Equally divide meat mixture among shells and place on top of enchilada sauce.
  6. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  8. Set up topping station.
