I went foraging through my veggie drawer and got the idea for this because all my peppers were already chopped. This is a lot easier to make than the regular stuffed green peppers. My husband just loves it this way. A variation of stuffed peppers made fast and easy with Italian sausage, green peppers, and corn simmered in a tomato sauce and served over white rice.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can have inside out stuffed peppers using 8 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Inside out stuffed peppers:
  1. Make ready 2 lb ground turkey or ground beef
  2. Prepare 2 cup white rice or brown rice
  3. Make ready 1 can of corn
  4. Get 1 can of black beans
  5. Take 1 can of dice tomatoes
  6. Prepare 2 old el paso red tomato cooking sauce
  7. Take 2 cup shredded cheese
  8. Get 6 bell peppers (any color you like)

Lay out sliced green peppers on top of meat and rice. In a bowl, add the tomatoes, garlic, seasoning mix, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and mix well. If the cooked stuffed peppers have been left out at room temperature overnight, do not risk eating them. They could have been growing bacteria and toxins and could make you quite ill.

Steps to make Inside out stuffed peppers:
  1. Cook your ground turkey and set it aside. You should also preheat your oven at 300°
  2. You can also cook your rice and set it aside.
  3. Cut open your peppers and take out all seeds and ribs. Then cut them in half.
  4. Place halfed bell peppers on a cookie sheet and place them in the oven. Cook each side of the pepper for 15 mins. Or until peppers are soft. Then you can take them out to cool.
  5. Once your peppers are cooled you can cut them to bite size pieces.
  6. Cook your corn, tomatoes, and black beans. Make sure you drain any liquid from them.
  7. Once everything is all cooked. Place it all in one pot and mix it together.
  8. Then add both packets of your old el paso sauce to the pot and mix together.
  9. Once you plate it you can top it off with how ever much cheese you like.

Don't use the big ones,. are perfect! Ream out the insides of the baby eggplants; remove. from the green peppers. Ream out the pulp. use when reheating Dolma.
