The ingredients needed to make Turkey Stuffed Peppers:
  1. Make ready 4 each Bell Peppers
  2. Prepare 1 lb Ground Turkey(or any desired meat)
  3. Get 1 Chopped Yellow Onion
  4. Take 3-5 Cloves Garlic
  5. Take Any Shredded Cheese (i used Sargentos 6 cheese italian blend)
  6. Make ready 1 cup Cooked Jasemine Rice
  7. Make ready 1/2 can Any Spaghetti Sauce (to taste)
  8. Make ready 1 (Optional) Avocado
  9. Make ready Salt
  10. Get Ground Black Pepper
Instructions to make Turkey Stuffed Peppers:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Line pan with tin foil for easy clean up. Spray with oil to avoid peppers sticking. Set aside.
  2. Cut the top of the pepper off and carefully clean them out. Set aside.
  3. Start cooking your rice to get that going. Then cook ground turkey in a pan until half done, season with salt and pepper and add the diced onions. Cook until onions are heated through then add the garlic and mix well into the meat and onions.
  4. Once meat and rice are done add to a mixing bowl. Add cheese, and spaghetti sauce. Mix thoroughly. May need more salt and pepper.
  5. Once everything is mixed place peppers in the pan and fill the peppers all the way up with the meat mixture.
  6. Place the tops back on the peppers and put in the oven. Bake for roughly 40-45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
  7. Once done, let cool then top with the diced Avocado(optional). Delicious.
