Make diagonal cuts on both side of Pompano. Squeeze the lemon on both side of fish. Sprinkle the salt all over the fish. Heat the canola oil in a pan.

  1. After cleaning the fish, rub with salt including the inside of the head and meat you can reach from the cut.
  2. Season with above listed ingredients on both sides. Spray both sides lightly with oil.
  3. Lay on mesh tray and place in the middle of the AF. Air fry for 15 mins at 180C, flipping half way.
  4. Increase to 200C and cook for an addtional 3 mins on each side to brown or crisp the skin.
  5. Serve with a side of kalamansi or lemon slices.

Sprinkle the salt all over the fish. Heat the canola oil in a pan. Turn the fish to cook the other side.
