  8. Serve on a bed of rice, add soy sauce or Sriracha to enhance.

Add the beef back into the mixture, and serve over rice with sesame seeds, if desired. Freeze cooled beef and broccoli in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Heat through in a saucepan, stirring occasionally and adding a little broth or water if necessary.
