Japanese Paella is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes delicious. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Japanese Paella is something which I have loved my whole life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook japanese paella using 10 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Japanese Paella:
  1. Take 540 ml rice (uncooked)
  2. Take 10 Chicken wings
  3. Take salt and pepper
  4. Make ready 200 g Mushrooms (Shimeji, Eringi, Maitake….)
  5. Prepare 1 Clove Garlic
  6. Prepare 1/2 Onion
  7. Prepare 30 g butter (or 2tbsp olive oil)
  8. Make ready 2 Chicken stock cube (consome cubes)
  9. Prepare 700 ml water
  10. Make ready 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions to make Japanese Paella:
  1. Slice garlic and onions. Flavor the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare a paella pan (or a large pan). Heat the pan and cook the chicken. Set aside once cooked.
  3. Add water, chicken stock cube, and shoyu. Bring to boil. Add the rice and chicken from step 2.
  4. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat. After 15-20 minutes, turn of the heat and steam for 10minutes.
  5. Taste the rice and steam a little more if it's still hard. Serve with the pan!
