The layers get sandwiched together and then frosted all over in a cream cheese frosting. A red velvet filling is spiked with cocoa, topped with a creamy cheesecake layer, and baked in a dark chocolate crust-making a wickedly-delicious combination. Although the cheese cake and frosting were delicious, the red velvet cake was not moist at all. Nope just not a moist cake at all.

Steps to make Red Velvet Cheese Cake:
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients and all the wet ingredients separately.
  2. Mix the mixtures of dry, wet ingredients and add the red colour with it.
  3. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree centigrate. Bake the cake at 180 degree centigrate for 30 minutes.
  4. Let the cake cool for 2 hours.
  5. Whip the Non Dairy Whip Cream to make the icing. Mix 100 gm cream cheese to some of the whipped cream separately.
  6. Cut the cake into layers and add the mixture of cream cheese and whipped cream that was made earlier between the layers.
  7. Do the icing with the rest of the whipped cream as per your choice.

Although the cheese cake and frosting were delicious, the red velvet cake was not moist at all. Nope just not a moist cake at all. Will try a different cake next time but still use the recipe for the cheese cake and frosting.
