The ingredients needed to make Fried burritos:
  1. Prepare 2 cup rice
  2. Get 2 chicken breasts
  3. Take 1 can salsa
  4. Make ready 1 can refried beans
  5. Make ready 1 dash lemon and pepper seasoning
  6. Prepare 1 dash onion powder
  7. Prepare 1 dash garlic powder
  8. Get 1 packages Queso (optional)
  9. Prepare 1/3 onion, chopped
  10. Make ready 1 packages tortillas (I use wheat. gives them extra sweet flavor)
  11. Take 1 packages sour cream
  12. Take 1 packages shredded cheese
Steps to make Fried burritos:
  1. Boil, or cook your chicken in a skillet until done. Let cool and shred
  2. Chop up onion
  3. Cook your rice. But mix in the lemon and pepper seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder once you put the rice in and mix well.
  4. Open jar of salsa, shredded cheese, refried beans, and queso( if you have it) on side.
  5. On a plate put all tortillas in a pile and have extra plate to put them on when you make them.
  6. Ok put a spoon full of refried beans in the middle of the tortilla and spread smooth.
  7. Put chicken on top of the beans. Then onion. shredded cheese. Salsa. Queso. And rice. Spoon fulls of each. 2 of the rice.
  8. Fold in sides, then one middle. Put a little dab of refried beans on the side Then close other side (this keeps them from opening up when you fry them)
  9. Heat up your deep fryer or skillet with oil in it.
  10. Fry for maybe 1-2 minutes. Depending on how hot your oil is.
  11. Top with sour cream or whatever you want and enjoy!
