1. Blanch spinach then set aside….Coat chicken cubes in four white pepper and a littoe salt.Then deep fry it and set aside
2. Heat a wok and add cooking.oil then stir fry onion until soft then add the sauce.Keep mixing until creamy then add in spinach and chicken.Mix well and remove from wok.Place in alluminum plate.Spread cheese on top and bake for 15 mins at 250c
