  2. Get 2 tbsp Butter
  3. Prepare 2 Cod or haddock fish fillets
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup Flour
  5. Make ready 2/3 cup Good quality mayonaise
  6. Take 1 Water
  7. Take 1/4 cup Sliced toasted almonds (Almond Accents brand works great)
Instructions to make Baked Almondine Fish:
  1. Preheat oven 350°
  2. Crush almonds and mix in with breadcrumbs
  3. Melt butter then mix in with breadcrumbs and almonds. Use more butter if need to hold the breadcrumbs together. Should be clumped not creamy.
  4. Dip fillets in flour
  5. Spread mayo on one side of fillet and add breadcrumb mix on top
  6. Place in baking pan. Add 1/8 of water in pan avoiding the topping.
  7. Cook for 20 min or until topping is brown.
  8. Enjoy!!!!
