  2. Take 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  3. Prepare 16 ounce white chocolate
  4. Take 2 ounce dark or semi sweet chocolate

Steps to Prepare Red Velvet Truffles Mix together your cake mix, vegetable oil, water, and eggs. In your greased spring pan, pour in your cake batter. Place one and a half cups of water to the bottom of your instant pot. Crumble your red velvet cake into a fine crumb.

Instructions to make Red Velvet Truffle Balls:
  1. prepare a 9 by 13 inch cake according to the package instruction, - Let it cool down completely then crumble the cake into a large bowl. Add softened cream cheese and me gently with your fingers until cream cheese is fully incorporated.
  2. Roll about 1 heaping tablespoon of the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with a parchment paper. You will get about 35-40 balls. Set in the fridge to chill.
  3. Melt white chocolate, remove cake balls from the fridge and using a fork dip them into melted chocolate. Place one ball at a time into melted chocolate, roll the ball to coat evenly coated with the chocolate, then slightly tap the fork against the side of the bowl to trim the excess chocolate and placed in trouble on the parchment paper. Set them back in the fridge until chocolate is firm.
  4. Melt dark chocolate, transfer into a small bag, cut the corner off and pipe melted chocolate on top of the truffles. Store in the fridge. Enjoy

Place one and a half cups of water to the bottom of your instant pot. Crumble your red velvet cake into a fine crumb. Remove cake balls form the fridge and place one ball at a time into the melted chocolate. Using a fork, evenly coat each ball with the chocolate. Use the fork to remove the truffle from the chocolate and before transferring it back to the baking sheet, slightly tap the fork against the side of the bowl to get rid of any excess chocolate.
