  2. Add chicken, spices and salt and pepper. Simmer until heated then turn off heat. In a separate pot bring a little salt and and water to a boil And add pasta, cook according to package. Add a ladle full of pasta water to broth. Once done drain pasta, add to broth. And serve… Enjoy
  3. As chicken cooks, dice carrots, onion, and celery. When chicken is done, remove from water, saving the stock water left. Set chicken aside to cool. Once cooled cut chicken off the bone and dice. Add onion and celery and bring to a boil, lower to simmer for 10 Min. Add carrots and simmer another 15 Min until tender but not soggy…
