  1. Grind the phool makhane coarsely and roast it in a tbspn of ghee - (you can either grind them after roasting or before…..not fine keep them coarse) - - now add milk to the grinded makhane and let it boil - - add sugar - - simmer till it is reduced and keep cooking till you get your desired consistency - - add the dry fruits (I have added sliced almonds)
