  3. Put oil in pan, add onion slice, turn to golden brown.
  4. Add cauliflower and fry for few minutes. than add remaining 1/4tsp termuric, salt, red chilli powder and slice tomatoes. Add one cup water, mix and cover, cook on low flame for 10_15 min:.
  5. When cauliflower cooked, remain crispy not soft, mix and mash with wooden spoon. Than add boil lotus root. Mix(bhune) for 5 min:.
  6. When oil separates add fine slice of green chillies and chop coriander leaves. Put on very low flame(dum) for 5 min:. Serve with chapati or rice. (#yearendchallenge 7.
