Instructions to make Neem Phool ki Subzi:
  1. Heat the oil in pan. Add mustard seeds and allow to crackle. Then add dry neem flowers and saute on low heat, till the aroma comes.
  2. Add the chopped veggies,salt, turmeric and chilli powder.
  3. Cover the pan and cook on low to medium flame. Add chopped tomatoes. Saute in between. It takes 5-7 minutes to be cooked. - - Serve with steamed rice and dal. - Thanks
