The grilled chicken is marinated in a spicy seasoning and served on a toasted multigrain brioche bun with Colby-Jack cheese, lettuce and tomato.

Instructions to make Spicy Grilled Chicken:
  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat
  2. Trim each chicken breast and cut into half.
  3. In a small bowl mix all the ingredients except the chicken until combined.
  4. Brush or rub mixtuer on all sides of the chicken.
  5. Place chicken on grill and grill each side for 4-6 min depending on thickness. Make sure there is no pink in the middle when done.
  6. Serve
