  10. Make ready 1 tsp Coriander powder
  11. Prepare Mustard seeds1/2 tsp
  12. Get Whole chilli 1 no
  13. Make ready Curry leaves coriander leaves
  14. Take Fried onion 2sp
  15. Take 1 cup water
  16. Make ready I m using (* 1 cup - 80 ml)

It is an amazing source of protein, fiber, minerals, folate, and fatty acids that promote good health in numerous ways. Drain water completely and tie them in a clean damp cotton cloth or paper towel (i used cheese cloth). Place chicken in a roasting pan, and season generously inside and out with salt and pepper. Sprinkle inside and out with onion powder.

Steps to make Black channa chicken roast:
  1. Marinate chicken with chilli turmeric and fennel powder and salt
  2. Half fry chicken pcs. Keep it aside
  3. Take a pressure cooker and pour the above frying oil and heat it. Add mustard seed and 1 whole chilli and curry leaves. Then add ginger garlic sauté it then add sliced onion into it.
  4. Sauté until it turns brown. Add chopped tomato and chilly,sauté for a min
  5. Now add chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala/ channa powder,salt and fennel powder. Add 1 1/4cup water. Add channa into it when the above mix starts boiling. Close the lid and wait for 3-4 whistles.
  6. Wait for 5 min and then open the lid. Take non stick wok and pour the above above curry in to The wok.
  7. Heat the wok in a medium flame and then add chicken pieces.Sautè until it becomes dry.
  8. Add 2 spoons of fried onions.Mix it well and garnish with coriander leaves.😻😋

Place chicken in a roasting pan, and season generously inside and out with salt and pepper. Sprinkle inside and out with onion powder. Arrange dollops of the remaining margarine around the chicken's exterior. Roasted chicken will taste dry when it loses too much moisture, but that's an easy condition to prevent. Salting the chicken creates a dry brine when combined with the meat's natural juices.
